By registering for the Jackson Family Reunion 2026 ("Event") and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or use our services.
2. Event Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
- All attendees must register online or through authorized registration methods
- Registration is not complete until payment is received and confirmed
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- One registration per family unit or individual attendee
2.2 Registration Fees
- Kids Under 2: Free
- Kids 2-17: $75 per child
- Adults 18+: $125 per adult
All fees are in USD. Registration fees cover event activities, meals, and venue costs as specified on the registration page.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods specified on our registration page. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
3.2 Payment Due Date
Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Early bird discounts may be available for early registrations.
3.3 Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined, your registration may be cancelled. You will be notified and given the opportunity to complete payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Attendee Cancellations
- More than 60 days before event: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- 30-60 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before event: No refund
4.2 Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Jackson Family Reunion 2026 is cancelled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any travel expenses, hotel costs, or other related expenses incurred.
4.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method.
5. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to:
- Event schedule and activities
- Venue location (with reasonable notice)
- Speakers, performers, or entertainment
- Food and beverage offerings
Significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email and SMS (if opted in).
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to:
- Treat all family members and staff with respect and courtesy
- Follow venue rules and regulations
- Supervise children at all times
- Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind
We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these standards without refund.
7. Photography and Media
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images may be used for:
- Family reunion memories and photo albums
- Promotional materials for future events
- Social media and website content
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event organizers upon arrival.
8. Liability and Assumption of Risk
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Event is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of services.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson Family Reunion 2026 organizers, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You attend the Event at your own risk.
8.3 Insurance
We strongly recommend that all attendees obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.
9. Health and Safety
- Please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have symptoms of contagious illness
- Follow all venue health and safety protocols
- Inform organizers of any food allergies or medical conditions that may require accommodation
- Emergency medical services will be available during the event
10. SMS Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS notifications:
- You consent to receive text messages about the Event
- Message frequency varies; up to 10 messages per month
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
- We use Twilio for SMS delivery; their terms also apply
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jackson Family Reunion or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
